Shipping Policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

If there are delays in processing or shipping your items, we will be in touch as soon as possible with an update. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer €15 flat rate shipping within the Rep. of Ireland for orders under €100. Shipping within Rep. of Ireland over €100 will receive free shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

You should generally receive your items in a maximum of 4 business days, however, if the delivery has not been received within this timeframe, please get in touch as soon as possible. We can follow up directly with our shipping partners to make the experience as easy and streamlined as possible for you!

If you haven’t received your order after 4 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@mckhardware.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
